Chart notes
SLIM MAN pressed the pace from three wide around the first turn then took the lead at the seven sixteenths pole, edged away at the quarter pole and proved best. HERZEN was within striking distance then went three wide at the three eighths pole and proved second best. MR. B CAUSE vied for the lead from the two path around the first turn then settled in the middle of the pack down the backstretch and passed tiring rival in the stretch. HONOR MY SPEED set the early pressured pace around the first turn and tired. SMOKY TOPAZ failed to menace. HARDCORE FOLKLORE was always back. POSEIDON WRATH saved ground throughout and showed little.
