PRETTY MISS KEENS was hustled from the start, sped clear while angling towards the inside, was challenged at the half-mile pole, vied inside of a foe while two to three wide around the turn, dueled with that foe until just before the sixteenth-pole then moved clear under steady handling. FOREVER AMY was hustled from the gate, moved up then was taken in hand near the nine-sixteenths, made a bid at the half-mile pole, vied outside of the winner in the three to four path around the turn, dueled with that foe until near the sixteenth-pole then was outfinished while just able to get the place. STRANGE FRUIT broke a bit slow, was urged along towards the rear, dropped from the two path to the rail around the turn, gained in the final furlong and finished willingly to just miss the place while clear for the show. K D KAKES broke a step slow, was urged along off the pace, went four wide on the turn, came five wide into the stretch and lacked the needed response. JOEYBIGNOSE was urged along off the pace, dropped back leaving the backstretch, raced inside to the two path around the turn and failed to rally. MAGNOLIA WIND was off a bit slow, moved out while urged along, went three then four wide on the turn, spun six wide into the stretch and failed to threaten. BRITNEY IS FREE broke a step slow, was urged along on the outside, dropped from the four path to the two path early on the turn and was no factor. BETTING ON A STONE was hustled from the start then urged along off the pace, dropped back leaving the backstretch, went three wide around the turn and failed to respond.
