Chart notes
SABER STORM was allowed to settle down the backstretch moved out to four wide at the three eighths pole to make a run at the leaders drifted in at the end of the final turn but was up in the final strides. PETEY went to the front to set a pressured pace was able to clear late but was nailed in the final jumps. K V TARGET was unhurried around the first turn then moved out to three wide at the three eighths pole to make a bid on the leaders, had to steady slightly and the end of the bend then made a rebid for a late run to be up for the show. CHAN veered out at the start then settled in the middle of the pack on the inside and showed late interest in the stretch drive. MIDNIGHT HUNTER was rushed to contention to the first turn then went three wide at the quarter pole to engage the leader at the three sixteenths pole and tired. FLAT OUT FABIO pressed the pace from the two path through the final turn and gave way. TRIPLE settled in the middle of the pack around the first turn then made a mild bid on the backstretch and faltered. MIDGE'S TIME was not a threat. JOCKEY OBJECTION, JOCKEY OF K V TARGET CLAIMED FOUL AGAINST THE JOCKEY OF SABER STORM FOR ALLEGED INTERFERENCE AROUND THE THREE SIXTEENTHS POLE, AFTER A STEWARDS REVIEW THE CLAIM OF FOUL WAS DISALLOWED AND NO ACTION WAS TAKEN.
