Chart notes
AZTAR was close up on the leaders from the five path, took the lead at the eighth pole, inched away and held on. MUCHO MARVIN chased the leaders around the turn and gained late on the winner. GUITAR DOCTOR sprinted to the lead from under pressure then was headed at the eighth pole and gave way grudgingly. IRON IN THE FIRE tracked the leaders from the six path to the turn then made a four wide bid at the quarter pole and flattened out. G DON'T KNOW vied for the lead from the two path and was in tight going into the turn then dropped back and finished evenly. TRIPPER JOHN vied for the lead from the inside to the five sixteenths and stopped.
