Chart notes
READY TO MARCH was away alertly cleanly and quickly made the lead, led throughout and widened late while being ridden out. UPTOWN GUY had good position throughout, could not gain late on the winner but was clearly second best THE WILD FLYER was unhurried early, swung wide in the stretch and had a mild bid. PERFECT PICTURE chased the winner for a half, then tired in the lane. CANTANKEROUS BOBBY was allowed to settle and failed to menace. FANELLI raced mid three wide early and was through after a half.
