Chart notes
BIG AND CLASSY stalked the pace from the rail, took over in upper stretch and dug in inside of LUNAR ROCKET late to hold firm. LUNAR ROCKET raced in range four wide, bid outside of the winner in midstretch but was held at bay while finishing well clear of the rest. JUST CALL RAY raced off the pace two wide, angled out in upper stretch and ran on for the show. NAVAL OFFICER bumped with VILLEGAS SWING at the start, set the pace in the two and three paths while trying to get out around the turn, battled between to midstretch then weakened. VILLEGAS SWING bumped at the start, pressed the pace three wide to upper stretch then faded. CUPID'S DART failed to menace while racing five wide. JRUE BREEZE broke through the starting gate but never escaped the assistant starter, broke well once re-loaded, lacked speed, trailed in three path around the turn and was never involved. JEST ABOVE was outrun while racing three wide.
