Chart notes
BEND THE KNEE was away alertly and quickly made the lead, led throughout and remained clear late under firm handling. ROSE RING had good position early, angled out in the stretch, could not gain late on the winner but was clearly second best. MIA PROMESSA settled on the inside and had a mild bid. SPEAK LIGHTLY was unhurried early, improved late while no threat. ROMANTIC JEWEL chased the winner for a half and weakened in the stretch. FIVE ROSES LUNA allowed to settle, saved ground and was no menace. LUCKY ROAD contended early and was through after a half. RED LINGERIE raced mid pack and was no threat. HOPPESTRY was outrun. K FOR KATHY trailed.
