Chart notes
KEEPING THE PEACE chased the pace five wide, made a bid four wide on the turn, continued that bid on the outside and got up late to prevail. DROSSELMOON stalked the pace and made a three wide bid to vie for command by the furlong marker but was denied late to just miss. CRYPT was settled early, advanced two wide on the turn, made a inside bid leaving the turn but was outfinished late. SPEEDY MOONLITE set the pace on the inside, then vied for command between rivals by the furlong marker and faded late. MY DEVILS CHILD was well placed early on the inside and faded. TWO PRINCES was reserved early on the outside, came wide into the lane and had a belated rally. PECOS BILL lacked a solid rally. FUTILE was not a threat. BANANAS ON FIRE tracked the early pace four wide and weakened. SHADOW BOAT was through early.
