Chart notes
NEW EAGLE was reserved just off the leaders early, moved four-wide through the second turn, reached the fore with a quarter to run and quickly drew off. SHOTGUN RIDER settled off the leaders early, moved four-wide through the turn and finished with a steady bid. DYNAMIC RULER sprinted clear at once, saved ground while setting the pace, responded when challenged nearing the quarter and gave way through the final furlong. BIG BARREL raced off the leaders early, moved four-wide through the second turn, reached a contending position but failed to gain late. SPIRE lacked early foot, raced three-wide through the second turn and lacked the needed rally. CALIBOGEE chased the leaders while racing four-wide and weakened after going a half. ROBS LUCKY SPIRIT lagged throughout and was eased through the lane.
