Chart notes
OPEN THE BOOKS , a forward factor four deep entering the turn, gained a clear lead turning for home, moved to the inner rail in upper stretch and lasted. NICO LUCKY , along the inner rail on the turn, eased out to the three path entering the stretch, drew alongside the winner inside the sixteenth pole and hung. MOSES WATER chased he pace between horses, was steadied in narrow quarters near the three eighths pole, swung four wide at the head of the stretch and had a mild, late gain. HE ROLLS showed speed inside horses and weakened in the drive. LOOTAH was never a factor. GEM DANCER chased the pace between horses, steadied near the three eighths pole and faltered.
