MANHATTAN JUNGLE (IRE) broke well then settled outside a rival, moved out and came four wide into the stretch, rallied to the front in midstretch, cleared briefly in the final sixteenth and held over the late charge from the runner-up. RAGTIME ROSE broke a step slow, trailed on the inside early, altered course in upper stretch, closed fast along the fence but was too late. ITZEL bumped with inner rival leaving the gate then went up to clear the field, showed the way through the turn, challenged at the half-mile pole, lost resisted into the final furlong, then relinquished the lead in midstretch and kept on to save the show. FUN MONEY stalked outside a rival then between foes into the bend, got put in a bit tight around the turn, came three wide into the lane and missed the show. NAUGHTY LOTTIE had to steady between rivals early, angled inward and stalked inside a pair of foes entering the turn, moved out at the top of the stretch, had the rider lose the whip near the sixteenth pole and kept on under hand urging. PLEASANT WAVE sat off the pace, went two wide into the turn, came out across the dirt, altered out at the top of the stretch, drifted inward in the lane and finished well once straightened away. EXCELIA (IRE) was closest in pursuit early, went three deep into the turn, bid two wide at the half-mile pole but weakened in the final furlong. SATIN DOLL raced near the back on the inside, moved off the rail around the bend, altered out into the stretch and never got involved. HAVANA ANGEL (IRE) sat off the pace and moved inside, steadied briefly early on the turn, saved ground to the stretch and had little left for the drive. DECORATED MY LIFE (IRE) bumped leaving the gate, raced off the pace three then two wide, sustained an injury and lost the rider on the dirt and was vanned off following the race.
