Chart notes
PICTOR was away alertly and set the pace along the inside, then dug in the final furlong and lasted late to proved best under a vigorous ride. TRENDING UP was reserved early and saved ground on the turn, closed full of run on the inside to just miss. ECLIPTICALS ELLIOT was well placed early, made a three wide bid leaving the turn and was gaining but was outfinished. MARVALOUS MIKE chased the pace four wide and rallied late but needed more. JUMPMASTER stalked the pace three wide and weakened.
