LEFT LEANING LUCY was bumped hard between foes at the start, raced off the pace under urging, settled behind foes late on the backstretch, came back under urging while two then three wide around the turn, was driven six wide into upper stretch and finished willingly for the place. MERAVIGLIOSO was hustled from the start, chased the pace down the backstretch, vied four then there wide while between foes on the turn, turned into upper stretch under a drive, lost touch with the winner into the final furlong and proved no match then narrowly lost the place while clear for the show. BETTY'S SMILE broke in and bumped soundly with a foe, disputed the pace down the backstretch, vied in the two path on the turn, turned into upper stretch under a drive, dropped back into the final furlong and weakened. CINDERELLA'S CAUSE was bumped hard at the start then taken up, moved up to race just off the pace, drafted inside while dropping back some on the turn, was asked outside the quarter-pole and lacked the needed response. TRIPLE P tracked the pace on the outside, vied five then four wide around the turn and tired. HONORABLE LILLY displayed good speed, disputed the pace on the inside of foes, vied in the two path early on the turn then moved to the rail, dropped back near the five-sixteenths, turned into the stretch in the two path and capitulated. SHE'S A BLACK BELT was hustled from the gate, raced just off the pace, dropped back four then five wide around the turn, came six wide into the stretch then sustained an injury to her right foreleg and was pulled up then vanned off.
