Chart notes
HALF A BUCK was off the pace through the turn then went four wide into upper stretch for a late run to be up in the final strides. MARKETBOOK vied for the lead from the two path and took the lead at the sixteenths pole but was caught in the final jumps. SPRY CHARLIE raced near the back on the backstretch then moved up three wide on the turn, moved out to five wide in upper stretch to make a late rally. CONFESS pressed the pace from the inside then took the lead at the three eighths pole and was collared in mid stretch and gave way grudgingly. SABERMAN raced in the middle of the pack to the turn then made a three wide bid moving out to six wide in upper stretch to give late effort to improve position. BUTWAITTHERE'SMORE raced back through the turn and passed tiring rivals. ETBAUER'S SECRET was close up to the pace from the four path and weakened at the top of the stretch. COTTONCLUB SOLDIER raced in the middle of the pack on the inside but was not a threat. CORN SOUP rushed up to a brief lead to the three eighths pole then vied for the lead to the three sixteenths pole and gave way.
