CURLIN'S WISDOM saved ground around the first turn, moved out early on the backstretch, settled comfortably into stride, was roused three then four wide on the far turn, rallied to the lead in upper stretch, responded well under the crop in the final furlong and held under strong urging. TONAL IMPACT brushed with a foe early, went four wide on the first turn, settled on the outside, was urged four then five wide around the far turn, gained outside into upper stretch, loomed a threat while chasing the winner into the final furlong and finished evenly from that point while able to get the place. GASOLINE was hustled to the front, dropped to the inside into the first turn, showed the way down the backstretch, was asked in the two path on the final turn, lost the lead to the runner-up into the stretch, fought on into the final furlong and was outfinished while able to get the show. NAVAL AVIATOR broke a step slow, moved out early then was taken in hand between foes, brushed with a rival nearing the first turn, traveled three then two wide around that bend, settled off the pace, moved closer with five furlongs to run, was roused two to three wide on the far turn and finished with good energy but missed the show. LOCALLY OWNED went around the first turn in the two path, stalked the pace on the outside, vied in the four then three path around the far turn, passed the quarter-pole on even terms for the lead, led past the three-sixteenths then lost the advantage to the winner and gave way. AMATTEROFTIME was taken in hand between foes early, rounded the first turn in the three path, settled off the pace, passed the nine-sixteenths under urging, was ridden along in the three path on the far turn, came five wide into the stretch and failed to rally. WIN THE DAY settled on the inside, moved closer with five furlongs to run, was roused on the far turn and came up empty.
