Chart notes
THE PUBLIC HALO pressed the pace of the dueling leaders while racing four-wide, moved up to take command nearing the five-sixteenths marker, opened a clear lead with a quarter to run and drew off as the easiest of winners. ZATTER dueled for the lead from the inside with DIAMOND WILLOW, was no match for the winner in the drive but finished well to be clearly second best. WARFRONT FIGHTER was reserved just off the leaders early, moved five-wide through the turn and failed to gain in the drive. GOLDEN COWBOY lacked early foot, raced three-wide through the turn and finished with some late run. DIAMOND WILLOW disputed the pace while racing three-wide and weakened after going a half. ARIMONY showed no early speed, raced five-wide through the turn and did not menace. FOREVER GOLD raced off the pacesetters early, moved four-wide through the turn and weakened.
