Chart notes
TOPPER T chased the leader up the backstretch, challenged while racing in the three and four path around the turn, kicked clear entering the stretch and held off a closer while drifting mildly late. GREAT KING (FR) raced in the middle of the pack on the inside early, continued around the turn in the three and four path, launched a bid passing the quarter pole and gained ground steadily to the wire. SIR OLLIE raced in the middle of the pack on the outside through the opening quarter of a mile, began to move up coming around the turn, entered the stretch from the five path and continued to improve position from there. CHICKS DIG SCARS trailed the field on the inside up the backstretch, came around the turn in the three path and improved position mildly in the lane while never threatening. WHISTLEWHILEYOUMOW raced off the pace on the outside through the early going, navigated the turn from the two path and made no bid. THATSAFACTJACK led the field up the backstretch, dueled from the two path around the bend and tired in the lane.
