Chart notes
MACEDONIAN RULER (AUS) was unhurried early, moved up three wide near the quarter pole, circled the field and finished strongly to be clear late under strong handling. PINTXOS showed good early foot from the inside to set the early pace and couldn't hold off the winner late to finish second best. RIVER ROSE stalked the early pace, made a three wide bid near the quarter pole and kept on to the wire. THICK HAZE stalked the pace, moved up to challenge the top leaders near the quarter pole from the inside and flattened out. GOOD BYE PUTIN raced off the early going, was three to four wide into the upper stretch and lacked a rally. OUR DANDY'S BOY settled off the early going, raced three wide around the far turn and had no rally. LIVING VICARIOUSLY sent from the outside to lay up close, tired readily the final quarter of a mile and was vanned off.
