Chart notes
HORSE BE WITH YOU stalked the pace outside, took over at the five sixteenths pole then held rival safe through the final furlong. MUSK settled off the pace, bid wide om the final turn, loomed a threat but could not get by the winner. HORNBEAM saved ground early, angled wide in the stretch then flattened out late. TRUE DAKOTAN far back early, moved to contention on the final turn the moved very wide into the lane. CAPE HEDGE broke slowly and chased far behind then passed rivals late. ANTE UP ALEX raced in closest pursuit of the loose pacesetter and faltered. COMMISSIONER DAVE lagged far behind then caught fading opponents. FRANK N DUCKY hustled to a long advantage for half a mile but was finished midway on the final turn. MISCHIEVOUS JUAN was pushed wide on the first turn then lost contact with his field and was eased late.
