FURY KAP was reserved just off the leaders early, moved four-wide through the turn, reached the fore nearing the five-sixteenths pole and drew off with something left. LEAD OFF settled off the leaders early, moved four-wide through the turn, could not gain on the winner in the drive but finished well hold the place. MAJESTIC STREET was away in good order to press the pace while racing three-wide, steadied nearing the five-sixteenths pole, angled out further int mid-stretch and finished with some late run. PAUL VINCENTS POEM lacked early speed, raced four-wide through the turn and finished evenly. GENERAL THAYER lagged early, raced five-wide through the turn and did not offer a bid.
