Chart notes
THIRSTY ECHO tracked the early pace, went five wide through the turn, was gaining, took control late and edged clear. JAMIE CAN'T DANCE set a clear early pace, opened up through the turn, couldn't hold off the winner, drifted out late and finished second best. TARDY CAT raced in mid pack early, checked into the turn, advanced between rivals and was along for third. ULTIMATE DECISION was reserved early, raced six wide into the turn and passed rivals late. DEACON BEACON followed the early pace, went four wide into the turn and weakened. LET THERE BE PEACE was allowed to settle early, raced three wide and was empty late. FUSAICHI WILDCAT was unhurried from the inside and offered no late rally. FIRST FROST was taken back early, went four wide and never fired. DASH OF CHROME was void of any speed, raced six wide and was no factor. TOMMY'S UP was taken back, went nine wide and was no threat. THE STEWARDS POSTED AN INQUIRY AND TOOK NO ACTION.
