HIP HIP HOORAY chased the pace along the inside into the stretch, responded readily when set down, made the lead two wide near the furlong marker and won under strong handling. SHANGHAI PRINCE away alertly, set the pace until mid stretch then couldn't handle the winner. WILD OX offered a bid four then three wide through the turn then leveled off. GARRETT failed to menace. KINGOFTHEBUCKEYE close up early five wide, dropped back on the turn then passed tiring rivals late. EL MARRO had brief speed. FIRST NAVY ADMIRAL chased the pace into the turn then stopped.
