Chart notes
ISLAND BELLE settled close up inside, angled out advancing into the stretch and rallied clear under urging. FANCY SCEPTER set the pace, repelled challenges, was collared into the stretch and faltered. WILDCAT GIRL prompted the pace outside, bid on the final turn then proved empty in the stretch. ELEVENMONTHSLATER trailed early, advanced outside and was no threat. TEMPEST RISING saved ground off the leaders and gave way readily. END OF THE RAINBOW lacked speed and stopped abruptly losing contact.
