Chart notes
HARPERSGONEFISHING raced with the pace in the three path through the front stretch then stalked into the first turn, challenged leaving the three eighths pole and took the lead two deep at the quarter, contested the edge through the turn and dug in under steady encouragement to earn the nod. DON'TCALLTOOEARLY settled off the rail on the first turn, gave chase nearing the three eighths pole and raced off the rail on the far turn, dug in gamely to the wire but missed in a head bobbing finish. COMEONTURNMELOOSE settled off the rail on the opening turn, started a bid leaving the seven sixteenths pole, raced in the three path on the far turn and finished evenly to take third later yards. GOLDEN ARROW rated a slim lead off the rail, came under pressure leaving the three eighths pole, was met at the quarter and contested at a close disadvantage nearest the rail through the far turn, then weakened the final sixteenth. HE'S CLEVER broke awkwardly but took a brief early lead, stalked into the first turn then faded through the backstretch. TOTHETRAINSTATION rounded the first turn in the four path and showed little response through the backstretch.
