Chart notes
ICING exchanged contact with Boss E Boggs leaving the gate, took the lead at the three quarter pole and rated a short lead off the rail, drew clear past the half mile pole, came under pressure toward the three eighths and held on with steady stretch handling. ONE NIGHT MIKE broke awkwardly then stalked inside, picked up the chase from the three eighths pole, raced close off the rail on the far turn and finished evenly at the outside flank of the winner. PENGUIN PARADE raced off the pace about the three path, gave chase nearing the three eighths pole, rounded the far turn in the three path and flattened in the lane. REMYS SHOWTIME settled off the rail on the first turn, picked up the chase nearing the three eighths pole, raced off the rail on the far turn and showed little more. BOSS E BOOGS exchanged contact with Icing then saved ground. STRINGFELLA saved ground.
