PHRA PHROM , urged early, set a pressured pace along the rail, opened up in upper stretch, drifted out late and must missed in a game effort. FEDERAL OFFENSE , jostled on both sides leaving the starting gate, raced in the two path entering the stretch, moved to the inner rail in upper stretch and flattened out. ICY MINISTER bumped with FEDERAL OFFENSE leaving the starting gate, circled the turn, was four deep entering the stretch and came up empty. HIS ROYAL G chased the pace racing in the three path around the turn and gave way in mid stretch. STREET HUSTLE bumped with FEDERAL OFFENSE leaving the starting gate, chased the pace four deep to upper stretch, gave way and lugged in near the eighth pole.
