Chart notes
MAVILUS , pinched back by STREET LUTE leaving the starting gate, raced slightly off the inner rail while well off the pace around the turn, swung to the seven path in upper stretch, closed resolutely outside horses and was up approaching the finish. STREET LUTE bore in leaving the starting gate, chased the pace outside RESPONSE TIME around the turn, gained the lead in upper stretch, gave way grudgingly and drifted out late. AWARD WANTED bore out leaving the starting gate, chased the pace inside horses around the turn and finished willingly. SUMMER ODDS lacked speed, was taken to the six path in upper stretch and rallied between horses. COMBAT QUEEN , three wide on the turn, chased the pace to mid stretch, loomed then weakened late. MY FLICKER lacked speed, was two wide on the turn, moved out in upper stretch, raced between horses and was caught in tight quarters in midstretch. QUIET IMAGINATION , forced out leaving the starting gate, was outrun. RESPONSE TIME sped to the early lead, set the along the inner rail and faltered in mid stretch.
