Chart notes

GRANADA FLAVOR chased along the inside early, tip two wide at the quarter pole, moved out and launched a bid four deep in upper stretch, took over in midstretch and drove clear. LI MU BAI (IRE) bumped outer rival at the start, showed speed while tossing his head early, moved back to stalk the pace in the two path, bid three deep into the far turn, put a head in front at the quarter pole, led into the final furlong, lost command in midstretch and stayed on to secure second. SETTECENTO was a bit rank four deep into the first turn, dropped back a bit and moved into the three path, chased outside a rival into the far turn, spun three wide into the lane, moved out and commenced a bid five deep, faltered in the late stages but gained the show. WARRENS CANDY MAN showed speed while moving inside early, dueled with PAPALE up the backstretch, battled with a pair of rivals to the outside around the far turn, fought into the final furlong then weakened. PAPALE took a bumped leaving the gate, went up contest the pace three then two wide on the first turn, dueled outside WARRENS CANDY MAN in the middle stages, vied between rivals around the far turn and upper stretch, then weakened in the late stages.
