Chart notes
MY KACEJJ settled off the leaders early, moved three-wide through the turn, angled in with a furlong to run and was up in the closing yards. THE GOLDEN EGG was reserved just off the leaders early, moved four-wide through the turn, could not match strides with the winner late but finished well to gain the place. NAPOLEONIC CODE was forwardly placed early, moved three-wide through the turn and finished evenly late. YANKEE TEA PARTY broke sharply to set a pressured pace, opened a clear margin with a quarter to run and gave way late. BRIGHT MIND was off slow, raced unhurried early, moved five-wide through the turn and was not a factor. DIXON TUFF lacked early foot, raced four-wide through the turn and did not menace. BATTLEOF TRAFALGAR was void of early speed, raced three-wide through the turn and did not threaten. RECONCILING FORCE was away in good order to dispute the pace while racing four-wide, weakened after going a half and was eased through the lane. THE RACE WAS HAND TIMED.
