Chart notes
SHIMMER ME TIMBERS was away alertly to set the early pace towards the inside, then came off the turn three wide and clear, then widened the margin in the stretch to prove best, driving. TEE BURNS was bumped at the start, stalked the early pace four wide, made a four wide bid on the turn but flattened out, held place award. TALKTOEACHOTHER was off a step slow, saved ground and made a bid on the turn but needed more late, bested rest. PINBALLER chased the pace two wide and lacked the needed rally. LUCKY SHOT tracked the early pace three wide, then shifted to the outside and came five wide into the lane and was empty. RIDING THE TRAIN was outrun early and failed to respond.
