Chart notes
HOOVES YOUR DADDY bid for the lead from the inside, then lead the way into the turn and continued to hold on gamely through the stretch to prevail in the end. BRUCELEA chased the pace while two wide, then settled back along the inside on the turn, dug in gamely in the upper stretch and closed the fastest for the place position. MISTER CHAIRMAN chased the pace from the inside, was moving up to split rivals on the turn, rallied in the early stretch and was closing willingly and was best for third. JR'S PACIFICO chased the pace while four wide, was in a hard drive throughout the turn then closed willingly in the stretch but it was not enough. HARD CANDY chased the pace from the five path, was moving up on the turn to rally in the stretch and was closing well but came up empty. WIN WON DOBBS raced in the middle of the field while four wide, was in a steady drive throughout the turn, then made a mild bid in the stretch but it was too little too late. STAN'S MIRACLE MAN was in a hard drive while four wide, then menaced on the turn and needed more in the stretch. WINGS OF GOLD was unhurried early then bid from the inside on the turn and was no threat. MORE LIKE IT was unhurried early then swung five wide on the turn to in the stretch and was no threat.
