Chart notes
OUR FANTASY tracked the leader on the outside up the backstretch, challenged from the three path coming around the turn and drew off in the lane. LYRICAL chased the pace setter on the inside through the opening quarter of a mile, navigated the turn from the four and five path and kept on to the finish. LADY TEUFLESBERG brushed with the horse to her inside at the start, led the way up the backstretch, dueled from the two path around the turn, was caught entering the stretch and weakened in the final furlong. CALENDULA raced in the middle of the pack early, came around the bend in the two path and flattened out in the stretch. BOURBON BLAST bumped with the horses to both sides leaving the gate, settled off the pace on the outside up the backstretch, continued around the turn in the three and four path and made no bid. AUBURN brushed with the horse to his outside at the break, trailed the field up the backstretch, raced in the two path around the bend and was not a factor.
