Chart notes
WISHING ONA PRAYER broke slowly, advanced inside, was blocked briefly midway on the turn, recovered and edged ahead through the final furlong. LUNA T slipped through inside to the front on the turn, moved clear then drifted out in the lane losing the advantage. CULPA BLANCO dropped back in the opening quarter, moved inside on the turn and was up for the show. TAP IT UP forced the pace outside, chased on the turn then raced an erratic course tiring in the lane. AMALFI LADY led narrowly through the opening quarter then gave way. AZTEC BAY dropped back wide in the opening quarter and gave way. SWEET EMSY prompted the pace briefly then stopped abruptly.
