Chart notes
FAST PAYDAY raced off the pace in the three path through the opening half mile, began a bid from the four path coming around the far turn and pulled clear in the final furlong. ANGEL'S MAGIC raced in the two path around the first turn, settled in the middle of the pack on the inside for the run up the backstretch, came around the second turn still in the two path, began a bid passing the quarter pole and gained ground late. JOE BRAINS raced in the three path early, pressed the pace on the outside up the backstretch, navigated the far bend from the three path and chased the winner home in the lane. PIVOTAL RUN was pinched back leaving the gate, saved ground around the first turn, trailed the field on the inside up the backstretch, switched out to the four path for the run around the second bend, began a bid entering the stretch and gained ground late. EYE ON THE CANDY brushed with the horse to his outside at the start, raced in the five path around the first turn, settled in the middle of the pack on the outside for the run up the backstretch, continued around the far turn in the three path and finished evenly. FAST N STEADY hopped up leaving the gate, raced in the three path around the first turn, continued up the backstretch in the middle of the pack between horses, navigated the far turn from the three path and finished evenly. FOOD BANK HELPER brushed with the horse to his inside at the break, trailed the field on the outside around the first turn and up the backstretch, came around the far bend in the three path and made no bid. JUST PRAISE saved ground around the first turn, raced off the pace on the inside up the backstretch, continued to save ground around the far bend and showed no kick. BOURBON BROWN led the way on the inside through the opening half mile, dueled from the two path around the second turn and tired in the lane. LINO'S KID raced in the four path around the first turn, settled at the back of the pack on the outside for the run up the backstretch, dropped back while saving ground around the far turn and was empty in the stretch.
