Chart notes
DR. ZARNETT chased the pace along the inside, shifted out to the four path entering the turn, closed with a burst of speed through the final sixteenth of a mile and got up in the final strides. ROLLIN ON TEQUILA sprinted to a daylight lead soon after the start, widened into the stretch and just missed hanging on. NAMBITI found his best stride late mid track. BIG OHIO had a mild late rally in the six path. OFTEN ENOUGH failed to menace. JOES A ROCKIN was a forward factor four wide then failed to offer the needed response. HONOR THE D vied for lead the lead three wide and faded in the stretch. JACK BE FAST was no factor. ONE CRAZY RIDE had speed through the turn and was through after a half. PLATE IT UP trailed.
