BELIEVEINROCKNROLL took the lead leaving the seven sixteenths pole and set a pressured pace, dueled clear past the quarter and held on well with steady encouragement. BAYTOWN JAKESTER pressured the pace at mostly even terms inside, dropped back at the rail past the quarter pole but finished evenly to hold second. LION OF THE SEA chased inside, raced at the rail on the turn, entered the stretch in the three path and finished evenly.
