Chart notes
CHESAPEAKE CHARLIE rated close in the three and four paths, bid leaving the three eighths pole, took the lead three wide midway on the far turn, drew clear into the lane and held on; all out. RIGHTEOUS MAN settled off the rail, picked up the chase into the backstretch and improved five wide on the far turn, dueled clear in second mid-stretch and was gaining on the waning winner. SULEMAN saved ground, gave chase from the seven sixteenths pole, was eased to the six path on the far turn, left the turn outside and came along for third while gaining on the top two. BOSSY CAT rated close inside, bid leaving the three eighths pole, rounded the far turn at the rail then flattened stride. STAVANGER settled in the four path, gave chase from the half mile pole and raced close four wide on the far turn, then weakened in the stretch. HE CAME TRUE rated close in the two and three path, challenged at even terms leaving the three eighths pole but steadied between horses in the vicinity of the five sixteenths pole, recovered stride through the far turn but showed little in the lane. URBAN WARRIOR angled to the inside and rated the pace, came under pressure and dueled at even terms from the three eighths pole, raced two deep on the far turn and weakened. BOOK OF DELANCEY showed little response.
