AMERICAN REALITY saved ground through the first turn, angled out to challenge between rivals going up the backstretch, continued outside JAGGED ARROW to draw clear into the lane and moved off under steady handling. JAGGED ARROW made the early pace about the three path then could not go with the winner in the lane. MAGIC IN A HAT was well out in the track and moved up while not a threat. MIZZANNA was just off the early pace three wide and tired.
