Chart notes
TAKING CHARGE DESI was reserved just off the leaders early, moved four-wide to offer a bid nearing the five-sixteenths pole, vied and edged away through the final yards. AKASI chased the leaders while racing three-wide, moved up to engage nearing the five-sixteenths pole, vied with the winner but could not match strides with that rival late. ENSLEYS DREAM sprinted clear at once, saved ground while setting the pace, responded when challenged nearing the five-sixteenths pole and gave way grudgingly in the drive. UNSINKABLE MOLLY B was forwardly placed early, moved three-wide through the turn and finished with good energy. LOTSA LACE lacked early foot, raced five-wide through the turn and was not a factor. WILD ARCH showed no early speed, saved ground through the turn, angled out nearing the quarter and did not offer a bid. THE RACE WAS HAND TIMED.
