Chart notes
AINT NO BANDLEADER dueled on the lead throughout, prevailed after a late long stretch battle under strong handling. MIXTER JENSEN had good position early, rallied three wide at the quarter pole and drew even, battled gamely in the stretch drive and just missed. FLAG RAISER vied for the lead until the top of the stretch and weakened slightly. ANIMO ROBERTO was unhurried early and trailed, rallied late and improved. PLAYING BALL had good position on the inside and went evenly late. PRIMITIVO dueled on the lead for a half, then gave way. HAPPY TAKEOVER was outrun. WHO CAN WIN was no menace.
