Chart notes
RED HOT MOON chased the pace between rivals down the backstretch, then bid from the four path on the far turn, dug in gamely in the upper stretch to close fastest down the lane and was up just in time to prevail. GASTOWN settled behind the field while racing down the backstretch, was gaining ground on the far turn to menace in the stretch and was closing strong in the end. FROSTY FLIRT chased the pace from the inside into the backstretch, was in a steady drive to bid on the far turn but came up evenly in the stretch. MALIBU MIDNIGHT was allowed to settle along the rail the first three quarters of the course then rallied in the upper stretch to close well in the end. LIL ASHLEY B. raced in the middle of the field along the inside, then bid from the two path on the far turn to rally in the upper stretch and was closing well but it was not enough. STREET TAPPER pressed the pace while two wide, then gained command at the three eighths pole, cleared the second turn, was used up and gave way in the late stretch. MRS. KRINKLES stalked the pace from the three path down into the first half of the course, was urging steadily on the far turn to bid in the stretch but did not fire. PLATINUM QUEEN hopped at the start then settled in the two path down the backstretch, bid on the far turn and failed to rally in the end.
