ECOLOGIST took back off of the decent early pace, was well placed through the backstretch run, advanced along the inside nearing the quarter marker, continued that rail bid in upper stretch, took command at the furlong grounds, drew away under steady urging to deep stretch and was hand urged to the wire. EXCLUSIVE SPEAKER was forwardly placed into the first turn, raced three wide into the backstretch run, stalked the decent fractions to the second turn, advanced three wide nearing the quarter marker, came four wide into the stretch, was outrun heading to the furlong marker, re-rallied in deep stretch, was not able to impact the winner in the final stages and outfinished LUCK IS GOLDEN to secure second. LUCK IS GOLDEN broke alertly and showed the way into the first turn, set decent fractions through the backstretch run, came under pressure at the quarter marker, shook free and was set down for the drive in upper stretch, was overtaken by ECOLOGIST nearing the furlong pole, weakened in the final stages and was just edged for second, while holding safely for third. SUNNY SPOT hesitated at the start and was off slowly, recovered to be not far back along the first turn, settled while within striking range through the backstretch run, saved ground to the second turn, angled out and was asked for run three wide into the stretch and could not muster a late rally. WELLSWORT (IRE) was unhurried in the early stages, saved ground to the second turn and did not threaten in the stretch. AGENT ZERO took back off of the decent early pace, raced three wide into the second turn, came five wide into the stretch and lacked a late response. WALKING BOSS was allowed to settle in the early going, raced three wide into the first turn, came four wide into the backstretch run, raced outside of rivals to the second turn, slipped to the two path nearing the quarter marker, was steered six wide into the stretch and did not factor. THEYREMINISCEOVERU was forwardly placed on the run into the first turn, raced four wide into the clubhouse turn then slipped to the two path heading into the backstretch run, attended to the decent pace to the half-mile marker, advanced to press the pace to the quarter pole, lost position approaching the furlong grounds and tired in the final stages.
