TEMPTED MISSION sprinted clear at once, saved ground while setting the pace, responded when challenged by GUEST CHECK nearing the quarter, vied with that rival and drew off through the closing yards. GUEST CHECK chased the winner while racing three-wide, moved up to engage that foe nearing the quarter, vied and gave way through the final furlong. TOIL AND TROUBLE was forwardly placed early, saved ground through the second turn, angled out in mid-stretch and finished evenly late. BODEMONSTER settled off the leaders early, moved four-wide through the second turn and finished evenly. YANKEE HUMOR raced off the pacesetters early, saved ground through the second turn, angled out into the stretch and inside with a furlong to run and failed to gain late. RENEW was carried out through the first turn, lacked early foot, saved ground through the second turn and did not offer a bid. WRONG SPOT lugged out through the first turn, raced five-wide through the second turn and did not reach contention. THE RACE WAS HAND TIMED.
