Chart notes
STORM BOARDER (CHI) took the lead leaving the chute and set a pressured pace, raced at the rail on the turn and was steadily encouraged through the stretch. FREE DANCER gave chase and raced two deep on the turn then finished well to take second in the final strides. PRIMAL DESTINY pressured the early pace then gave chase from the three eighths pole, raced two deep on the turn and was nipped from second the final strides. GOLDEN G lunged at the break and was steadied on the chute, gave chase inside through the backstretch, eased outward midway on the turn, entered the stretch about the six path and finished well outside. FULLY CONNECTED pressured the early pace, dropped back at the five sixteenths pole and rounded the turn near the rail, then weakened in the lane. MR TINGLES engaged in close early chase but faded at the rail approaching the five sixteenths pole. CAIRO CALLING chased through the backstretch, rounded the turn about the five path and showed little in the lane.
