Chart notes
CUPIDS CRUSH away well, dueled up the backstretch off the inside, shook clear lane in the turn, daylight into the stretch, held the runner up safe late under steady handling. DAWNY lacked early speed along the inside, cut the corner to improve into the lane, closest to the winner past the furlong marker, getting to that rival late. UNIFYING settled off the pace and the inside, three wide exiting the turn, edged clear for the show late. FEE within striking distance outside, three wide through the turn when chasing the dueling leaders, lacked a closing punch in the drive. ALWAYS ANGELS lacked speed, improved position a bit into the lane, traffic, altered course to the outside with just less than a furlong remaining, finished up evenly. CRYPTO MO last away, void of speed inside, picked off a couple of tiring rivals while never a threat. RING TWICE three to four wide through the turn, failed to muster a rally. EMPIRE OF MY OWN lugged out early, forward and inside, again into the lane to be rank in upper stretch, stopped.
