Chart notes
WILBERT set the pace while in the two path, was well handled and clear by the quarter pole, then dug ion the final furlong and held sway late to prove best, driving. EARS TO ME was well placed along the inside, tipped out three wide leaving the turn and made a bid but hung in the final furlong, second best. HOPGUN was four wide into the first turn, prompted the pace three wide and weakened in the drive, bested rest. KODALINE was off slowly, then settled three wide, then was ridden along on the turn in between rivals and then was empty in the drive. GOSPEL TRUTH was five wide into the first turn, stalked the pace and made a bid four wide on the turn but weakened. FURIOUS AVENGER was reserved early, roused nearing the five furlong marker and failed to respond.
