ACE GILFORD was away alertly to set the pace and get to the inside, then drew out leaving the turn and remained clear to the wire to prove best, driving. AFLEET SNIPER was reserved early, came five wide into the lane and finished well to be clearly secod best. MAGIC CARPET was allowed to settle early, lacked the needed rally while getting up for the show award. PROUD MOMENTS was outrun early, came four wide into the lane and had a belated rally for the minor rewards. RELEASE THE BEAST chased the pace and saved ground on the turn and weakened. MEAN CANNON passed the tiring rivals. GONNA GETCHA stalked the winner three wide, came fouyr wide into the lane and was empty.
