Chart notes
CAMPTON chased the early leaders from the outside, raced four wide in the lane and got up strong handling;. LOOK SHARP hesitated at the start, rushed inside to set the early pace and finished gamely to the wire. PUNCTUALITY stalked the pace, made a good rail bid around the far turn through the stretch and finished willingly to the wire. JOHNNY APPLESEED settled off the early going, moved up from the outside into the upper stretch and finished willingly to the wire. I AM GRODD was unhurried early on, raced two deep near the quarter pole, angled five wide into the upper stretch and raced evenly late. IT'LL DO was void of early speed and never threatened. GONE COUNTRY was off step slow, pressed the early leader and faded.
