Chart notes
TEXAS ASCOT QUEEN hurried up the rail to duel on the lead, cleared in the turn and prevailed in a sustained drive while drifting out down the lane. MARIAH'S CANDY tracked the early pace, rallied five wide through the turn and rallied gamely through the stretch to just miss at the wire. TOTAL MALICE reserved off the leaders to the turn, rallied up the rail to gain the show. DOWNTOWN ABBY dueled for the lead from between horses into the turn and weakened down the stretch. DEL MAR DRAMA raced wide down the backside, and made a late gain. SUMMER CAT broke alertly to settle into tracking position, and faded after a half mile. BABY BLUE EYES pressed the pace for a half mile and came up empty.
