RHYTHEM ON STAGE chased briefly before going up to challenge five deep, fought four deep around the bend, dueled three wide entering the stretch, fought with the winner to eighth pole but was no match in the furlong grounds and stayed on to best the rest. WHISKEY VISION dropped back early, trailed two wide into the turn, moved out four wide around the bend, summoned mild rally and got up for the show. REEF CITY vied between rivals for command, chased the top pair from inside leaving the bend, churned on through the lane and got edged for the show. SAN JAC hit the gate to come away slow then rushed up to fight inside a quartet of rivals, fought through the turn then lost touch with a quarter mile left to run and retreated in the drive.
